How to link shapes in Visio?

In this article, we will link any shape in Visio with a "Link". As we know that we can present a presentation in Microsoft Visio ( How to present data in Microsoft Visio) So while presenting our presentation then we insert any link to shape or text than when we move our cursor to shape or text then that shape show the whole link that we have applied on shape or text.

1)In the first step we have to insert any shape or insert a link on a previously inserted shape. In this case, we will go with the previously inserted shape.

2)Insert tab then > Link as you can see.

3) Select the shape and copy the link (any link) that you want to connect with the shape. Then move to the insert tab then link. After it, you will see a new dialogue box will appear then insert the link in the requirement box then click ok then go to the presentation mode then move your cursor to the shape that you have inserted the link then a link will appear in that shape.

While we are presenting our presentation then we need to go to another link to explain our presentation then it is our need to insert the link.

Now when you move your cursor to link shape then a link will appear.

When we move to presentation move then our cursor converts into a hand shape on it.
