How to find presentation mode in Microsoft Visio?

Yes, We can present a presentation on Microsoft Visio. Sometimes in our offices, we have to present a presentation related to our flowchart, organization chart, network diagram, simple chart (chart), Gantt chart, BPMN diagram, Home plan, Floor plan, UML diagram, and Office layout.

Presenting data with the help of a flowchart is the easiest way to explain from start to end. Now we will discuss how we will show the Presentation mode in Microsoft Visio.

Step1: With the help of a shortcut key.

In the first step, we will discuss how we will show presentation mode in Microsoft Visio with the help of a shortcut key.

1)Open your flowchart then press the F5 key to show presentation mode.

2)then press "Esc" to see the normal view of your Microsoft Visio. In the following screenshot, you can see that how the presentation mood looks. When we press the F5 key to see the presentation mood then we can only see our flowchart (only screen without any tab) in our case.


After Pressing the F5 key then we can see only the flowchart that we have a design in Visio. We can explain everything in our presentation also we can go to other Visio documents also follow the hyperlink in our document. Now, we can see only the data in the presentation mood. Presentation is the best option that Microsoft introduced in Visio.

Step2: With the help of the view tab.
In this case, we will on the View tab then we will move to the presentation mood. Now we will follow the steps.
