Microsoft Visio Vs Google Drawing

Microsoft Visio

Microsoft Visio was first introduced by Microsoft in 1992, made by the Shapeware Corporation, and later on, renamed Visio Corporation. It was acquired by Microsoft in 2000.

We can turn our data into visual form with the help of Microsoft Visio. Visio is a great tool for designing a flowchart, organizational chart, network diagrams, and many more things in it.

The best thing is Visio is that there is a window version as well as there is an online version you can use your online version and open it in any browser like crime, firefox, and Mozilla. The best thing about it is that you are anywhere just sign up to your account and edit your diagram within a couple of minutes. That's it.

The latest version of Microsoft Visio is Micorosoft Visio 2021.  

Google Drawing

On the other hand, there is another tool Google with the name the Google Drawing. Google Drawing was originally introduced in 2010 as Google Docs, Drawing.

With the help of Google drawing, we can design flowcharts, network diagrams, organization charts, and many more things but as we have a lot of stencils in Visio. But there are few shapes in Google drawing.

If you don't have a Visio subscription then you can simply type google drawing in google then you will see the on the top with google Drawing then after opening it you will something like this interface.

If you want to draw flowcharts or network diagrams then simply select shapes then connect them with the help of the line tool or connector in Google drawing.

In my suggestion, my preference is  Microsoft Visio. Because it is specially designed for designing flowcharts, network diagrams, organizational charts,s and many more in Visio. If you are bigger then you can go with Google drawing to learn how it works.
