How to Find Free User Icon in Visio?

In this article, we will find out user icons or people shapes that make our org chart more professional and modern after inserting people shapes in our Visio document. It's very interesting to add people shapes or user icons and also we can change the color of our user shapes.

 

If you are working in flowcharts, network diagrams, and organizational charts then especially you have to insert user icons or people shapes then you have to insert the picture of people of your organization. If you don't have pictures to insert then you have to use people shapes or user icons in Visio or any other software (online & offline).

As we know that especially Microsoft Visio, Smart Draw (online), Draw.io (online), and Lucidchart (online). These software or tools are specially designed for flowcharts, org charts, and network diagrams as well.

Now, we are going to tell you how you can find out the user icons or people shapes that are very useful for you.

There are two ways to find out the people shapes or user icons in Visio.

1. Visio Stencils
2. Insert Tab

Visio Stencils: If you want to insert people shapes or user icons then first of all you have to open Microsoft Visio. 

As we know that there is a search option in the shapes pane on the left-hand side. Just we have to search "User" then a lot of shapes will be open as we can see in the following screenshot.

As we can see that after searching the user then icons appear on the left-hand side. Now, I am going to select the shape from the shape pane and drop it on the artboard in Visio as we can see in the following screenshot.

If we search "People" then we can see there are other icons that appear in the following result.

Insert Tab: In this method, we can insert modern, clean, and professional user icons or person shapes in the Visio document.

Just we have to go to the insert tab > Pictures > Online Picture. In the online pictures, we can search people icons or user icons then the following result will appear.

In this way, we can insert user icons in our Visio document and these icons make our org chart more professional and modern.
