How to Design Mind Mapping Diagram in Microsoft Visio in 2022?

We will select the "Brainstorming Diagram" from the template and Mind Mapping also called "Brainstorming Diagram".

We can select the template if you want to go with the template but in this case, we are going with the blank diagram then a blank page will be open with the "Brainstorming Diagram"  shapes in the shape pane.

When we open the "Brainstorming Diagram" then we can see that the following shapes will be open on the shape pane in Visio.

1. Mian topic
2. Topic
3. Multiple Topic
4. Dynamic Connector
5. Association Line

Then we can click and drag the "Main Topic" diagram from the shape pane then drop it on the artboard in the Visio.

Then we have to select the "Main Topic" then right-click then a menu bar will be open.

In that dialog box, we can see the following main thing that normally does not happen.

1. Add Subtopic
2. Add Multiple subtopics
3. Change Topic Shape
4. Move Topic To New Page

Then we will select the Add subtopic up to four to five-time then we will what happens with it.

When we click for the first time then a single topic will be inserted in our Visio diagram.

For example, if we have the main topic then we can add sub topic to it. In this way, we can add data according to our information in our mind mapping diagram in Visio.
