We can save our JPEG files for printing. That is why we are going to talk about the conversion of Visio drawing files into JPEG.

If we want to send our file as a Visio Drawing file but that person doesn't have Microsoft Visio installed on her mobile then he could not open this file so you have to save your file in JPEG format then you have to deliver it to her in JPEG format so the person should have easy access to her files like flowcharts, org charts, network diagrams, and floor plan in JPEG format rather than Visio Drawing file.

You can see the above image which is a Mind Map that is designed in Visio and this one is now in Visio drawing. If you want to save it in any other version then you have to follow up the following steps.
Open your Visio drawing then go to the File menu then you can see that a long list appears on the left side of the Visio.

you can see the Save As option in the long list of the Visio then you have to click on Save As option then you can see.

After clicking on the Save As an option you can see that will demand us the location of the file where we want to save our JPEG on the right-hand side.

For Example, You want to save your file on the desktop then you can click on the desktop then it will ask for more information related to this drawing that you have worked on it in Visio.

In this step, we can see the name of our Visio drawing as mentioned in "Drawing3" and above the name of our Visio drawing we can see the file format. For now, the file format is Visio Drawing (.vsdx). If we will expand this option then you can see more options for Visio drawing.

After expanding the Visio drawing we can see the following option for the Visio drawing file format.

In the above list, you can see many options for file format in Visio along with JPEG then you have to select the JPEG from the list then click on it then you will see that.

You can see that Save as type: JPEG File interchange format is visible on the file.

Then press "Save". then you will see a few options for background color, quality, and below all, we can see the following important factor for a resolution that we have already discussed in this article.
