How to print Visio document without background?

In this article, we will talk about the printing of Visio documents. When we want to print a Visio document without background then there are two different ways. First of all, we can remove the background then we can print it and in a second way, we can just select no background then we can print it then our output will include no output in the background but in the original document, our background will be included.

In the above image, we can see that there is a background in the Visio document and we want to print it without background then we have two different methods to go with it.

Method1

In this method, first of all, we will remove the background of our Visio document.

For removing the background we will go to the Design tab then the Background group. Then in this background group, we can see the background. 

Then we will click on the background then more options. There are two groups in the first group there is no background and in the second group, there is a group with the background. In this case, are going to remove the background then just click on the no background then our background will remove.

When we apply no background then we can see that.

Now, we can see that our background is removed. for printing, we just click press Ctrl+P. Then a printing setting will appear.

Then we just print it then our document will be printed.

Method2

In this method, we have to directly press the shortcut key for print then the setting will appear. or in the file menu then on the left-hand side, there are many options along with Print then we will select the print setting will appear.

As we can see that there is background involved in the Visio document.

We will follow the following steps to escape the background of the Visio document.

When we expand the "Microsoft Print to PDF" option then we can see a pop-down menu will be open. Then we can see at the bottom "No Background" then we will select it then this option will check.

As we check the no background option then the background on the left-hand side will be removed from our flowchart.

In this way, we can remove the background of the Visio documents and print them out without background.
