Sometimes we need some shapes should be a single object so that if we want to move the whole object from one place to another. We can't move a single shape one by not because it's difficult to move one by one instead of selecting all shapes. It's possible only with the help of grouping shapes.
In the above image, we can see that there are two portions first one is A, and the second one is B. we want that A should be a group and also B should be another group. So that if we need to move around or any other purpose then we can perform this task easily.Now select all shapes by drop or selecting one after one.
As we can see that a border appear around all shapes in the second step we can apply the group by three method
First Method:
For Group
By Shortcut key. Press Ctrl+Shift+G
After pressing this shortcut key then the above shape will work as a single group.
For Ungroup
By Shortcut key. Press Ctrl+Shift+U
Second Method: In this method, right-click within the selected area then a dialog box will appear. In this dialog box, we can see "Group"
When we click on Group then we can see further two things "Group" & " Ungroup". If you want to make a group then we will click on "Group" and vice versa.

Third Method: Developer tab then moves to Shape design. In the shape design, we can see "Group" When we will click on "Group" Then the dialog box appears that shows "Group" & "Ungroup". With the help of Group, we can make a group and also we can ungroup into a group.
In this way, we can make "Group" and "Ungroup" with the help of different methods.
