How to Design Process Diagram?

As we know that we mostly describe Microsoft Visio. In this article, we describe the process diagram in Microsoft Visio. Initially, we will describe What is process diagram? How we can design a process diagram with the help of Microsoft Visio?

A Process Diagram is a diagram in which we identify the flows of correct information between the system and external entities. In this case, we describe the structure or basic shapes we use to the process diagram in our own representation so that users can read the information and understand the process. A "Process Diagram" is also called a level 0 data-flow Diagram. 

In designing the Process Diagram we will use Microsoft Visio 2019 or the latest version of Microsoft Visio 2021.

Data Flow Diagrams

1. Systems analysts use many graphical techniques to describe an information system.
2. A Data Flow Diagram (DFD)  uses various symbols to show how the system transforms input data into useful information.

• Represents one or more data items.
