How to Turn on and turn off Page Break in Visio?

In this blog, we are going to talk about the page break. If page break is turned on then it tells us that our flowchart, org chart, network diagram, are existing within the page in Visio.

Page Breaks are very important you can use them and work within the area inside the line and if your flowchart, something else lies outside the page break with not print if you will print it out.

First of all, we will learn what is page break is in Visio? Actually, page breaks are the border or barrier in which we work either we are designing flowchart, org chart, network diagram and many more. We work within the page and our page expands to another page and then we will see the page break in Visio.
Now we are going to turn on and turn off page break in Visio.
In the View tab > Show > Page Break.
If the box of Page Break is turned on then the page break will appear on the Visio page if the page break is turned off then nothing will appear on the page.




Page Break is turned on when there is only one page in our document or a blank page in Visio. You can see there is a line on the top, bottom, right, and left side as you can see in the following image and we work within the area inside the line.

If the page break is turned off then nothing will appear on the page in Visio. As you can see in the following screenshot.


For example, in the following picture we can see there is a cross-functional flowchart in the middle of the multiple pages (six pages).


There are two dotted lines as vertical and one dotted line is horizontal. These are the six-page and we can see if the page break is turned on.

If page break is turned off then we can't see this page breaks in Visio. As you can see in the following image there is a turn-off page break in Visio. It looks interesting that there is one page and the 


In this way, we can turn on and turn off the page break in Visio.
