What is Flowchart?

In this article, we are going to describe the Flowchart. A flowchart is a simple step of the process through which we can proceed with the different steps and reach our goal. In simple words, we can say that we draw our process in simple steps and reach a specific point in our process.

Actually, we design our process in simple steps also it’s made easy for our users to see and understand.

I am going to show you an example and you can see we actually convert our data into a well-defined structure and we can follow the steps and reach a specific point.

We use basic shapes in our flowchart lick circle, square, rectangle, triangle, ellipse, diamond shape, and so on.

Example:01

Example:02

The above are examples of our flowchart. These are simple flowcharts and we can also design complex flowcharts as well.

In a simple flowchart, we can see our process "Start" from a step and we name it as a start point and produce further and end at a point and we name it an "end" point.

This one is a complete flowchart and there are much software to design these simple flowchart as well as the complex flowchart.

In a complex flowchart, we can see that our process tart from a start point and there are many processes at the middle of the process and finally end on a point and we can say that there are further substeps in the process.

There is much software for the flowchart and some of them are introduced by Microsoft Office.

There are a few of them that are designed by Microsoft office.

  1. Microsoft Visio
  2. Microsoft Word
  3. Microsoft Excel
  4. Microsoft PowerPoint

Microsoft Visio: This is a special design for flowcharts, org charts, network diagrams,s and many more.

But if you are an expert in the remaining then you can design flowchart in the remaining software because there are shapes available for work so that is why we can design our flowchart in the remaining.
