How to insert multiple pages in Visio?

In this article, we will learn how we can insert multiple pages in our Visio drawing. It's very important to insert multiple pages in Visio.

There are two different ways to insert one or more pages in Visio.

1. Home Tab
2. Inter Tab

Method1

Home Tab: We can insert one or more pages in Visio in the home tab. Above the status bar, we can see there is a "Page-1" also there is one plus button. When we will click on it then our new pages will be inserted.

There are three different options.

• Page-1
• All Pages
• Plus Sign for page addition.

When we will click on the plus sign then we can see that more pages will be inserted into our Visio drawing.

As we can see that multiple pages are inserted in our Visio drawing.

If you want to see all pages how many pages are there in your Visio drawing then simply you can click on the All option then you will the whole list of all pages in Visio. 

Also, you can see on the left-hand side of the Visio drawing how many pages are there, and for now, you are on which page.

If you want to select a page in Visio drawing then just simple right-click on the page then you will few options that are given below.

1. Insert
2. Delete
3. Rename
4. Duplicate
5. Page Set-Up
6. Recorder Pages

If we want to insert more pages then we will go with insert and if we want to delete a page then we can just press the delete button.

Insert Tab: Also, we can add multiple pages in our Visio drawing with the help of the insert tab. Just click on the insert tab. 

In the pages group, you will see the "New Page".

When we will expand this option then we will see the following option related to the pages.

We can see the

1. Blank Page
2. Background Page
3. duplicate this Page

If we want to insert the insert page then we can insert and if we want to make a duplicate page of the current document then we can do it.

In this way, we can insert multiple pages into our Visio drawing.
