How to change the theme color to our Visio diagram?

In this article, we will discuss how we can change theme color to our diagram in Visio. Without selecting the one after one shape we have to change it.

If we want to change the few shape's colors then we have to simply select the shape then we have to go to the Shapes Style in the Home tab. Then we can see the file and the line color of the shapes in Visio.

But our main focus in this article is changing the whole diagram shapes theme in Visio.

For this purpose we have to the Design tab then Themes in Visio.

If we expand the theme of the Visio diagram then we will see more color scheme for the current diagram in Visio.

After expanding the theme of the Visio document.

There are a few types of themes in Visio by default.

1. Professional Themes
2. Modern Themes
3. Trendy Themes
4. Hand Drawn Themes
5. This Document Theme

If you want to change the color from the current design to another design just select any theme color then your whole flowchart will into a new color as you can see in the following examples.

We can see that our flowchart is will different color scheme in our drawing. In this way, we can change the theme color in our Visio drawing according to our own color.

If we want to see something interesting to our color then we have to follow the following procedure.

In the Design tab then Variantes then expand the Variants.

After expanding it we will see the many colors related to the selected theme in Visio. Here are many different colors. If you like some of them then select them then your flowchart will work according to that. Also, if you want to customize your own brand guide then you can change according to your own color scheme in Visio.
