By default in Microsoft Visio?

In this article, I will talk about some things about Microsoft Visio. Mostly, we will talk about it by default. Like the extension, document name, office theme and try more as we can go with it.

I am using Visio 2019 and the extension of this version is .vsdx. When you will save your find out Document1, Document2, Document3, and so on. 

Let's get started:

When you open Visio from the start button. Just go to the start button the write "Visio" or "visio" then Visio icons will appear in the start menu.

As you can see the Visio icon appears and you just need it to double click on it then automatically it will open.

A new screen is open and we can select any previous document from the list or we can go with predefined templates.

In this case, I am going with a Blank diagram witch is on the second number in the list as you can see.

As you move forward then you will reach out to Units of Microsoft Visio. As you have to work with floor plan then you have to work with a proper dimension that is why before starting any project we have to fix the units.

In Microsoft Visio, there are two types of Units.

• Metric Units
• US Units

You can with any units related to your requirements. After selecting the units you can see that a main interface of Visio is successfully open.

In this way, you can start drawing flowcharts, org charts, network diagrams with the help of the shapes.

If you want to change the theme of the Visio then you can change from white to black or black to white.

Black Version.

White Version.

These are few by default in Visio. These defaults can't be changed. If you want to change only the theme color.
