How to Show Page Info in Visio?

In this article, we will see the page info in Visio. Page info is a very important fact in Visio. We can find out six more important factors in Visio page info and also we can find out many more. We will discuss one by one in this topic.

First of all how we will find out the page info in Visio. If we can't find out Info in Visio then we can see more options related to it.

In the File tab > then a log list will be drop-down as we can see on the left side of Visio. And in this list, we will find out info on the 4th option.

Basically, page info in Visio is divided into two columns as shown in the following image.

After "Info" we can see "Flowchart Design" in Blue color is the name of our document in Visio. We can change it with the of save as option in the File tab in which we are working right now. Desktop means our file located at the Desktop of our computer.

After that, we can see three options in a row.

1. Share: We can share the document
2. Copy Path: We can copy the path of the file
3. Open file location: If we want to go to the file location then we will select open file location then we jump to the file location from Visio document to our computer

Set Browser View Options and Check Data Connections

Choose the viewable pages and refreshable data sources that will be available when viewing the diagram on the web. All pages and data sources remain available in Visio. Then finally, viewable pages page open then we can see how many pages are there in our Visio documents. We can select the page where we want to go just click on the page no from the "Browse View Options"
