How to show & hide Ruler in Microsoft Visio?

Rulers are very important in Microsoft Visio. When we are working with Visio then we want to measure shapes and line up objects then we use rulers for this purpose. Also, we will tell you how we will show and hide Ruler in Microsoft Visio.

Ruler Perform Two Main Function First one measures Shapes and the Second one Line-up objects in Microsoft Visio.

Go to View tab then Show then in show group we will see Ruler and we can see for now the box for a ruler is not check that is why ruler are not displayed in our document. When we click the check box then the ruler will be displayed in our document.

When we check the box of the Ruler then our document shows that now the ruler is displayed in our document.

We can see that rulers are appearing on the top of our document as well as the left side of the document.

In this way, we can show and hide rulers in Microsoft Visio.
