How to add Picture in Microsoft Visio? | Visio Expert

In this article, we will add images in Microsoft Visio. Also, we will add an image, make Brightness, also add Contrast, AutoBalance, compress the Picture and rotate the Picture. As we know that pictures are very important for any document to make our document more professional and attractive and people are also inspired by images that attract the attention of the audience. In this article, we will learn how we can add images/pictures to our document.

Go to insert tab > Illustration. In the illustration, we will see the Picture.

If we want to insert a picture into our Visio document then we have to click on the picture icon in the Insert tab then two options will appear. we can insert from our computer as well as from online.

2. Online Picture

If we want to insert an image from our desktop then we will click on the first option. If we want to insert an image from the internet then we will go with 2nd option.

we are going with a picture from our desktop. Then we will click on the first option then a new will be open that show select images from your collection then you can select the folder from where you want to insert the picture. Select the picture then press Open.

The picture that we want to add to our document will be added in Visio.

In this way, we will insert Pictures in Microsoft Visio and now will see more options like Crop, Brightness, contrast, auto balance, compress pictures, insert line across the border and rotate picture according to our requirement.

If you want to insert an online picture in Microsoft Visio then you can go with an online picture then a new window above Visio will be open that's show "Online Pictures"

By default search engine is "Bing" here we can see many options are available if we want to insert another image then we just search the picture in the search box. For example, we are going to search "Racing Car" 

Then we see all racing cars will appear in the search engine.

First of all, we have to select the image then the insert option will become blue then put hit on the insert button then the initial picture will be download.

Finally, the picture will be inserted into our document. As we can see.

Also, we can format the inserted picture as we have already done.
