How to change Theme color (Color Scheme) in Microsoft Visio?

In this article, we will learn how we can change the brand lines (Color Scheme) in Microsoft Visio. It's very important to show a flowchart, organization chart, and network diagram of our brand line. If we are working without a flowchart then initially change another color to our own brand lines. Actually, the brand line consists of a set of the color schemes of our brand and font.

Go to the Design tab then Colors then go to Create New Theme Colors. The first one is Office Theme also there are many color schemes that are predefined or preset in Visio. In this case, we will turn the color scheme into our brand line.

Then a new dialogue box will be open. Actually, there are nine colors. Six color schemes we can apply to our branding and remain three are by default colors that mostly we never change in Visio.
Then we can see that there are two different rows then one is from the right side with three basic colors like Dark, Light, and Background. On the other side, there are six different colors then we can click one after one. When we will click on Accent then a dialogue box will be open.

We can choose any colors or we can add our RGB, Hexa, and HSL.

With the help of this dialogue box, we can change the color scheme to our own brand line.
Similarly, we can change other colors for this after selecting all colors scheme then we will see that.
I have select all colors for our own brand line then press Apply then OK. This step we have to perform one by one. When we will finish this process then we will drag a shape connect with the help of a connector then it will be according to our brand line. We have to perform this step before start work in Visio. Otherwise, if we will never perform this step then we have to select a single shape to change the color scheme and a text box to change the font.
Then our flowchart is changed into our brand line.
If we want to change Simply color scheme of our flowchart then we can change from the Home tab.
from shape style.
