How to increase and decrease zoom in Microsoft Visio?

There is two option we can increase and decrease zoom in Microsoft Visio.

Step1:

At the right bottom of Microsoft Visio, you can see we have highlighted with an arrow. there are two signs first one is "-" and the second one is "+". With the help of the "-" minus sign, we can decrease zoom in Microsoft Visio. While the "+" sign we can increase the zoom in Microsoft Visio.

Step2:

In the second step, in the View tab then zoom group we can see there are several options like

• Zoom
• Page Width
• Whole Page

Now we will explore Zoom. When we will click on Zoom the new menu will be an option that will ask for specific information about the zoom.

400% = This one is Max. Zoom option in Microsoft Visio and we can't increase the zoom size of our document in Microsoft Visio.

200%, 150%, 100% (Actual Size), 75%,50%, page width, Whole page, and the percentage that we want we can insert according to your willing.

10%= Min. zoom option in Microsoft Visio
