How to change Background color in Microsoft Visio?

Mostly we use white background colors for printing purposes. Also if we want to add another color to our background color then it's easy to change the background color for our Microsoft Visio document. In this article, we will learn how we will change the background color for our page in Microsoft Visio.

In the Design Tab then Backgrounds with help of this Background group we can change the color of our background in Microsoft Visio (ms Visio).

When we click on Background then the dialog box will be open then we can apply one color on our background or Gradient color to our document in ms Visio.

Now we will click on the first color with is one color because we are going to apply only one color to our background not different color nor gradient.

Now you can see that after selecting the background color our background of the Microsoft Visio is changed.

Now we can change the background color with the help of Theme colors any color we know to insert in our background can change just by selecting the color from Theme colors and also we can add more color from the More Colors option lying at the bottom of the Theme Colors. I am going to expand it so that you can see and change the Hexa code or RGB color code in your background of Microsoft Visio.

Also, if you want half of the page should be colored and the remaining should be white color then we have to insert a shape and then we have to put fill color and background color as fill color then we have to send it to the background then finally our half-page will be white and another half will be your given color.

Secondly, if we want to change the color of the flowchart then we can directly change the theme color then automatically our flowchart background color will be changed.

In this way, we can change the background color of Visio. It's very useful for changing background color in Visio.
